Terms & Conditions
By registering, the team and its representatives agree to the following:
1. Payment Policy
• Full payment of $733 is required to secure entry.
• Registration deadline is May 1.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Weather / Interruption Policy
• If a team plays two (2) games or more, there will be no refunds, regardless of weather delays, field closures, or event interruption.
• If fewer than two games are played, event directors will determine appropriate resolution based on incurred expenses.
3. Schedule & Format
• Game formats, schedules, and brackets are subject to adjustment at the discretion of tournament directors.
4. Conduct Policy
• Coaches, players, and spectators are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship at all times.
• Tournament directors reserve the right to remove any individual or team for misconduct without refund.
5. Media Release
• By participating, teams consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes by Infinity 33 and affiliated partners.
6. Media & Photography Policy
• No outside cameras, videographers, or media personnel are permitted on-site without pre-approved credentials issued by tournament directors.
• Any individual or organization wishing to capture photo or video content must receive written approval prior to the event.
• Unauthorized media activity may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Official tournament photography and video coverage will be provided by approved event media partners.
