OFFICIAL PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

Applies to All Infinity 33 Events (Flag Football, Soccer, 5v5, Showcases & Specialty Events)

At Infinity 33, we are building more than tournaments. We are building leaders. Every player who steps onto our fields represents their family, their team, their community, and this platform.

Participation is a privilege — not a right.

1. RESPECT THE GAME
    •    Play hard. Play fast. Play clean.
    •    Respect officials at all times — no arguing, no profanity, no physical gestures.
    •    Respect opponents — no taunting, trash talk, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
    •    Respect the venue, staff, and volunteers.

If you can’t respect the game, you don’t play in it.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR

The following will result in immediate removal and potential event suspension:
    •    Fighting or attempting to fight
    •    Threatening another player, coach, official, or spectator
    •    Use of racial slurs, discriminatory language, or hate speech
    •    Intentional harm or dirty play
    •    Destruction of property
    •    Entering restricted areas without authorization

Infinity 33 reserves the right to remove any player at any time, with no refund, if behavior compromises safety or integrity.

    •    No defaming posts targeting staff, officials, or other teams.
    •    No posting of fights, incidents, or inflammatory content.

Your digital behavior matters.

4. PLAY WITH INTEGRITY
    •    No falsifying age or roster information.
    •    No use of ineligible players.
    •    No performance-enhancing substances.

COACHES CODE OF CONDUCT

Faith. Discipline. Leadership.

Infinity 33 events are built on faith, integrity, and competitive excellence.

We believe coaching is a calling — not just a role.

By participating in any Infinity 33 event, every coach agrees to uphold the following standards without exception.

1. YOU ARE THE STANDARD

You represent:
    •    Your athletes
    •    Your organization
    •    Your family
    •    This event
    •    And ultimately, the values you claim to stand for

Your behavior will reflect leadership — or it will reveal a lack of it.

There is no middle ground.

2. FAITH-FIRST LEADERSHIP

We expect coaches to:
    •    Lead with integrity and self-control
    •    Speak life into athletes, not humiliation
    •    Compete fiercely without losing character
    •    Model respect toward officials, opponents, and staff

We believe strength is shown through discipline — not volume.

If your emotions control you, you are not leading.

3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SIDELINE CHAOS

Infinity 33 will not allow:
    •    Profanity toward officials
    •    Public intimidation
    •    Taunting or humiliating behavior
    •    Encouraging retaliation
    •    Inciting parents or spectators
    •    Aggressive confrontations

If you create disorder, you will be removed.

No warnings are guaranteed.

4. PROTECT THE ATHLETES

Player safety is non-negotiable.

You may not:
    •    Encourage dirty play
    •    Teach athletes to injure or target
    •    Ignore concussion signs
    •    Push injured players to continue

If we believe you are endangering players, you will be dismissed immediately.

5. OFFICIALS WILL BE RESPECTED

Officials are to be treated with dignity.

You may respectfully request clarification.

You may NOT:
    •    Yell across the field
    •    Chase officials
    •    Use degrading language
    •    Attempt to influence calls through intimidation

Any abuse of officials will result in immediate removal and possible season-long ban.

6. CHARACTER OVER CHAOS

Infinity 33 events are not a place for ego.

They are not a stage for personal pride.

They are not a battleground for adult insecurity.

They are a platform to develop young men and women into disciplined leaders.

If your behavior undermines that mission, you will not coach here.

7. CONSEQUENCES

Infinity 33 reserves the full authority to:
    •    Issue warnings
    •    Eject coaches from games
    •    Suspend coaches for the remainder of the event
    •    Ban individuals from all Infinity 33 events permanently

All decisions are final.

No refunds will be issued for disciplinary removal.

8. THE HIGHER STANDARD

We believe:

Discipline reflects strength.
Self-control reflects maturity.
Leadership reflects faith.

Coaches who align with this standard will thrive here.

Those who do not will not remain.

This Protest Policy exists to protect competitive fairness — not to re-officiate games.

All rulings are governed by this policy.

1. WHAT CAN BE PROTESTED

A formal protest may ONLY be filed for:
    •    Player eligibility violations (age, roster status, suspension status)
    •    Rule misapplication (incorrect enforcement of a written rule)
    •    Roster discrepancies
    •    Administrative scoring errors

A protest may NOT be filed for:
    •    Judgment calls by referees (fouls, penalties, offsides, pass interference, etc.)
    •    No-calls
    •    Clock management decisions within referee discretion
    •    Video review requests
    •    Weather decisions
    •    Tournament format or scheduling decisions

Officials’ judgment calls are final and not subject to review.

2. PROTEST FILING PROCEDURE

To file a protest:
    1.    Notify the Field Official immediately before leaving the field.
    2.    Notify Event HQ within 15 minutes of game conclusion.
    3.    Complete official Protest Form.
    4.    Submit a $250 cash protest fee (non-refundable unless protest is upheld).

No written protest + no fee = no review.

Late protests will not be considered.

3. PROTEST REVIEW PROCESS

Once filed:
    •    Play may be temporarily paused if protest impacts current bracket.
    •    Event Director + Head Official will review.
    •    Supporting documentation must be provided immediately.
    •    Decision will be issued as soon as reasonably possible.

All rulings are final.

Infinity 33 does not allow appeal to outside governing bodies.

4. ELIGIBILITY PROTESTS

If protest involves player eligibility:
    •    Player must provide government-issued ID immediately.
    •    Failure to produce ID = player ineligible.
    •    Team may be disqualified.
    •    Wins may be forfeited.

Infinity 33 reserves the right to remove teams from event for roster fraud.

5. SCORING OR ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS

If protest involves scoring:
    •    Official game sheet will be reviewed.
    •    Field referee report will be reviewed.
    •    Correction may be made if verified error occurred.

Bracket adjustments will only occur if error materially impacts standings.

6. PENALTIES FOR BAD-FAITH PROTESTS

If protest is deemed frivolous or retaliatory:
    •    Protest fee forfeited.
    •    Warning issued.
    •    Repeat abuse may result in removal from event.

Protests are for rule enforcement — not emotional reactions.

7. DISQUALIFICATION AUTHORITY

Infinity 33 reserves the right to:
    •    Disqualify teams for falsified rosters.
    •    Forfeit games.
    •    Remove players from event.
    •    Issue multi-event bans.

Integrity violations may impact future event eligibility.

8. NO DELAY POLICY

Championship rounds will not be excessively delayed for protests.

If protest cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, Infinity 33 may:
    •    Continue bracket play
    •    Issue provisional rulings
    •    Adjust final standings if necessary

Operational flow of event remains priority.

9. FINALITY CLAUSE

All decisions made by the Event Director and Head Official are final.

By participating in an Infinity 33 event, teams acknowledge and accept:
    •    No arbitration
    •    No external appeals
    •    No retroactive adjustments after event conclusion

Event integrity requires decisive leadership.
