Coach Les Rolfe brings more than two decades of experience in athletics, media, and sports promotion to the Infinity 33 leadership team. Known throughout Colorado’s football community simply as “Coach Les,” he has spent over 20 years coaching, mentoring athletes, and building relationships across the sports landscape.
Les has a deep background in sports media and broadcasting, having worked with ESPN Radio, FOX Sports 1580, SB Nation Radio, and other national platforms. He previously hosted The Coach Les Show and currently hosts Slice of Life with Les, a radio program that highlights leaders and influential figures across Colorado. His experience in radio and digital broadcasting has allowed him to develop strong relationships with media professionals, athletes, and sports organizations nationwide.
In addition to his media career, Les has worked with Pro Camps, traveling across the country helping organize and support youth camps featuring professional athletes. Through this work he developed connections with NFL players, coaches, and sports personalities, relationships that now play an important role in expanding the reach of Infinity 33.
As Director of Athlete & Media Relations, Coach Les serves as the bridge between Infinity 33 and the broader sports community. He leads outreach efforts to professional athletes, media personalities, and ambassadors who help elevate the events and inspire young athletes. He is also instrumental in identifying new event opportunities across the country by connecting Infinity 33 with facilities, referees, and regional sports networks.
Les is currently helping lead efforts to bring high-profile guests and athletes to Infinity 33 events, including outreach to college coaches, NFL players, and national media figures. His ability to connect people, create opportunities, and open doors makes him a key part of the organization’s national growth.
