With over 36 years in the hospitality industry with HEI Hotels & Resorts, Matthew has built a distinguished career centered on exceptional guest experience, operational leadership, and relationship-driven service. His work has consistently focused on creating environments where guests, partners, and stakeholders feel welcomed, valued, and cared for at the highest level.
Beyond hospitality, Matthew has played a critical role behind the scenes at some of the most iconic sporting events in the world. Through his leadership in transportation and media logistics with SP+ Gameday, he has helped coordinate complex operations for premier global sporting events including the Rose Bowl Game as part of the College Football Playoff, the Super Bowl, the Kentucky Derby, the MLB All-Star Game, and Olympic events. In these roles, Matthew has overseen transportation and logistical systems responsible for moving athletes, media personnel, and VIP guests with precision and efficiency during some of the most high-profile sporting moments in the world.
This level of responsibility and trust has earned Matthew a reputation as a steady, detail-oriented leader capable of executing large-scale event operations at the highest professional standard.
At Infinity 33, Matthew leads the organization’s hospitality vision, ensuring every event reflects professionalism, excellence, and a first-class experience for athletes, coaches, media members, and partners. He is particularly passionate about creating premium hospitality spaces—including VIP areas for coaches and partners—so that the individuals who invest their time in developing young athletes feel recognized, valued, and appreciated.
Outside of his professional career, Matthew dedicates his time to serving the next generation as a youth football coach. His passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field reflects his belief that sports should develop character, leadership, and opportunity.
