Shannon Garvin, MBA, serves as the Director of Strategy & Execution for Infinity 33, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to turn big ideas into clear plans and real progress. She plays a key role in helping the organization stay focused, organized, and moving forward as Infinity 33 continues to grow its national event platform and youth sports initiatives.
Known for her strategic mindset and ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments, Shannon helps translate leadership conversations into actionable next steps. She documents strategy, identifies priorities, and helps ensure that ideas don’t just stay ideas, but become projects that actually get built and executed.
Shannon is also the founder of Larkspur Marketing Co., where she leads marketing and growth strategy initiatives focused on brand positioning, customer insight, and scalable marketing systems. Her work centers on helping organizations align marketing, operations, and leadership around clear goals that drive long-term business impact.
Prior to launching her consulting work, Shannon spent more than a decade in the financial services industry, including senior underwriting and operational roles within highly regulated environments. In those positions she was responsible for complex decision making, risk analysis, and workflow design across high-trust financial systems.
She holds an MBA in Marketing Data Analytics from Colorado State University and is continuing advanced studies in corporate finance. Shannon also maintains professional certifications including Google Analytics and has developed frameworks focused on helping organizations adopt emerging technologies and AI-driven learning systems.
